Hmm... Perhaps Auras CAN Be Seen By Machines After All... ( Human Body Emits Light! )

Auras: See Them in Only 60 secondsIt looks like the researchers in health and medical sciences in Japan have come across an interesting chracteristic of the human body: it emits light. Very very faint light, light that is aproximately 1/1000th the level that the human eyes can see.

You can check out the AOL hosted article at:

A snippet from the article:
(July 22) - The human body literally glows, emitting a visible light in extremely small quantities at levels that rise and fall with the day, scientists now reveal.
Past research has shown that the body emits visible light, 1,000 times less intense than the levels to which our naked eyes are sensitive. In fact, virtually all living creatures emit very weak light, which is thought to be a byproduct of biochemical reactions involving free radicals.

While I'm leaning towards jumping for joy that years spent arguing with folks that auras are real and can be seen... I'm more interested in how one can build one of these low-light emitting cameras.

Still, one cannot help but see that what is modern day technological discoveries and advancements... bears strong resemblance to the skills that have been "debunked" in the past, such as, in this case, auras.

What I'm curious about is whether or not there is any correlation between the colors viewed by those with auric sight and the colors that a high sensitivity camera scanner is seeing.
